Wish List || La Redoute

With the seventies trend in full swing this season - i am like a drooling dog on every stores website - i couldn't help but create a La Redoute wish list, good job they have a little competition running so i can show off my picks. Here's how it works; create a college of your capsule wardrobe with the budget of £200, post it on your blog and share it on all social media platforms, with the #cestpourmoi. There will be 3 prize winners who will receive a full capsule wardrobe worth £200. I can see your mouth dropping now!  I pretty much covered everything but there is more info here.

Remember guys, the wardrobe has to emulate french style. If your feeling a tad bit rusty on your french, have a spy at my last blog post here.

Trench coat | £39
You can't recreate a french capsule wardrobe without a trench, it's french style 1 0 1. Its a perfect silhouette to add over any outfit, to wear for any occasion and most importantly, it's timeless.

If you caught my last blog post, i created my own capsule wardrobe with a La Redoute shirt. Since then I've been obsessed with pussy bows, I've been adding black ribbon  and leather ties to my shirts. Its such a lovely touch, with the possibilities endless; leaving the bow undone, wearing the shirt out, tucked etc. Again adapting it to fit any occasion.

Flares | £49
Nothing says parisian style with high waist fitted flares. I mean wow, these are amazing! perfection with a shirt tucked and layered with a mac. These are perfect bottoms to dress up or down.

A basic is a must have. Its essential for a casual outfit with skinny jeans, to wear with patterned trousers or even to add to a glitzy skirt or jacket. The possibilities are endless. Since winter is coming (haha i knew i would be able to add that it soon *hiding monkey face emoji* ) a roll neck and long sleeves is a lovely look, to wear under a biker jacket or trench coat.

Wide brim felt hat | £12.25
No outfit is complete without a fedora. I am obsessed with headwear it just finishes an outfit off for me, also because I'm miss lazy and prefer the bed hair look.

Black dress | £14
The LBD that goes from night to day. Need i say any more? Every girl has to have at least one little black dress.

Open toe boots | £27.30
Finishing off your capsule wardrobe with some heeled boots, which just happen to be open toed, seventies influenced! A beautiful shade of brown, easy to style with most items. Again this item can be dressed up and down. If you were worried about your tootsies getting cold in the winter, pairing them with black tights and a dress or socks and trousers; is not only cool seventies vibes but a great way or adding some snuggle warm touches to an outfit.
